Rylan Clark joined Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly as he hit the DJ decks at the Londoner Hotel in Leicester Square on Tuesday night.
The presenter, 33, who revealed in January he has gained four stone after becoming 'dangerously thin' following his split from husband Dan Neal, appeared in high spirits as he helped the Strictly hosts unveil the No7 Pro Derm Scan.
Claudia, 50, looked effortlessly chic in a cream boucle jacket, while Tess, 53, opted for a stylish chiffon shirt and black trousers as they revealed the device for the brand, which diagnoses skin to offer a personalised skincare routine.
Joking about seeing her skin up close and personal, Claudia said: "I saw a close up of my forehead for the first time in 40 years. Thrilling and terrifying in equal measure. I had no idea what I needed and why. Now I feel like I have some sort of skincare super power."
Rylan, meanwhile, who turned to a trainer to "buff up" his physique earlier this year, cut a casual figure in the a grey T-shirt and black jeans.
The Radio 2 host was joined by a glamorous Vick Hope who wowed in a glittery minidress behind the DJ decks.
Rylan looked back to his best after he was forced to miss two weeks of his radio show late in February after he hospitalised with a mystery illness.
The presenter spoke earlier this year about how he needed to take time out following the breakdown of his marriage.
Speaking on The Hundamental Guide To Life podcast, he said: "I had a bit of a dodgy year last year and I took a little bit of time out."
"And then the next thing I knew, I was like nine stone and I was like 'Oh s**t, this ain't good. I'm six foot four!'"
He added: "So I just got a trainer and was like 'Can you make me look a bit buff?' and he was like 'Yeah'."
The Celebrity Big Brother winner confessed that he was hospitalised for "safety reasons" after he refused food.
He told The Observer : "It's really strange talking about this, because I've not even spoken about it to my friends. I just never thought I could get that ill."
"I went down to just over 9st and I'm 6ft 4in. It got bad. Like, very bad. And I didn't think it would get better. I needed help," he said.
However, the star has bounced back and is putting himself and his health first and has hit the gym and put on four stone.
