Rylan Clark had his head in his hands as he lifted the lid on his Eurovision experience.
The former X Factor star has arrived on Merseyside to host the international song contest. The proceedings officially got underway over the weekend with the Big Eurovision Welcome outside St George's Hall.
However, the 34-year-old had already got in the party mood the night before. Rylan attended the Nordic party on Saturday and took to Instagram yesterday to reveal he was still feeling the effects from the celebrations.
