Rylan Clark has paid a touching tribute to an "amazing man" in his life.
The former X Factor contestant penned a heartfelt message on Instagram to one of his nearest and dearest, who has been by his side since his talent show days. Rylan called Nader Dehdashti his best friend as he celebrated him turning 30 while sharing a host of memories with him.
Rylan described his dear friend as "the man I know I can always rely on and one I always will". He posted a selfie of the two of them together as he held his finger to his lips.

The This Morning host wrote: "Today, my manager, my best friend turns 30. He started out as my runner at Big Brother and throughout the years he’s never left my side.
"He’s become the man I know I can always rely on and one I always will. Today he’s 30 and next week he leaves me to start a new chapter of his life. I hate gushy posts but I want everyone to know how much I’m gonna miss you.
"You’ve been there every step of the way and I know I’ll be lost without you. You’ve turned into such an amazing man and I can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done for me.
"Professionally and Personally. Happy Birthday Nads. Here’s us breaking into the diary room in the Big Brother house at 4am the night it finished. There’s no one else I’d rather share that memory with. Love you Nads x @naderdt."
