Rylan Clark has disappointed fans with his latest announcement. The BBC Radio 2 host took to Instagram to share some news about Celebrity Gogglebox which he appears on with his mum, Linda.
The mother and son duo have been back on screens for the last few weeks in the spin-off of the popular Channel 4 show which features a whole host of famous faces sitting down to watch telly before dishing out their opinions on what they have seen and heard.
But Rylan has now confirmed that his and his mum's time on Celebrity Gogglebox is coming to an end. The 33-year-old posted a photo on Instagram yesterday which saw him and Linda pose with the Gogglebox team on the large sofa in his plush home to mark the end of filming.

"And just like that Team Blue from @c4gogglebox finished," he wrote in the caption as the group grinned for the camera. "Thanks for an amazing time." But the news didn't go down well with his followers.
@glutenfreewhizz commented: "Noooo! Aw bloody hell...how long do I have to wait till you guys are back on the box together? #rylanforpm." @lizhtremain7861 wrote: "Aaaah I’m going to miss you and your lovely mum." @jackies_life_in_pictures said: "Over far too quickly, hurry back soon."
But the snap also baffled some. @taniacummins10 said: "You have 7 people to watch you watching tv - thought they just stuck a camera in the corner of the room and you pressed record."
@julieknapp141 asked: "@rylan does it really take all those people to film you watching TV? Who knew." @kirstykirkpatrick said: "Why did I think it was just a camera on top of the TV."
Rylan and Linda joined Celebrity Gogglebox in 2019 and took part in two series before the pair took a break in 2021 which Rylan said was due to Linda’s ill health, as she has Crohn's disease. However, he revealed before the latest series that that wasn't the case and that it was him who was struggling.
During a recent interview on This Morning, he revealed that it was actually because he wasn't in a good place following his split from husband Dan Neal after six years of marriage. The couple, who met via Big Brother, ended their marriage last year, with the news coming out amid Rylan's four-month break from the spotlight.
In more recent months fans of the TV star have seen him open up about his struggles in that period, admitting for the first time in his life he felt 'alone'. The former reality star turned host revealed he was admitted into hospital "for safety reasons" because he no longer knew himself.
But Rylan has since got his life back on track, returning to work and undergoing a major body transformation. At the start of the year, he shared before and after photos showcasing his brand new physique after overhauling his physical and mental wellbeing.
