Budget airline Ryanair is offering super cheap flights to Billund in Denmark, which just so happens to be the destination airport for fun lovers travelling to the original LEGOLAND theme park.
With prices starting from just £14.93 on Thursday, June 15 for a one-way fare, parents could be booking a term-time trip to the brick-building mecca for less than the price of a lunch out.
Parents looking for cheap flights during the school holidays could also be in luck, with certain dates in both July and August offering seats starting from £17, an absolute find for the high season.

The bargain price tickets depart directly from Manchester Airport once a day and the short hour-and-a-half flight lands at Billund Airport which is located just five minutes away from the entrance to the LEGOLAND resort.
There is a free shuttle bus from the Airport, and tickets for the attraction can be booked in advance via the LEGOLAND website. Day passes start from around £38 and there are two-day passes and multi-site passes also available.
The Danish theme park is well known for offering shorter queues than our very own Windsor version and is generally regarded as being less commercial than its UK counterpart.
Visitors can also pay a visit to the LEGO® House, a 12,000-square metre building filled with 25 million LEGO bricks located close to LEGOLAND and the headquarters of The LEGO Group. It is also known as Home of the Brick as an homage to the town of Billund, where LEGO originates from.
LEGO lovers of all ages can explore the various areas of the park including The LEGO Movie World, DUPLO Land, Knights Kingdom, LEGOREDO Town, NINJAGO World and the iconic Miniland where visitors can experience the world in miniature.
The theme park is also home to a wealth of wild rides and watery fun with the rollercoasters of Adventure Land and Polar Land and the excitement of the land-lover's favourite, Pirate Land.
Where to stay
Bagging cheap flights also feels like a big win, but finding somewhere to stay on a budget can be a little more challenging.
The town of Billund is relatively small but offers a good selection of hotels, guesthouses and B and B's, all of which are within just a few miles of the park entrance.
Guests can choose to stay at the onsite official LEGOLAND Hotel with its giant-size characters and LEGO-themed rooms, but starting from £293 a night on June, 15, it is not the cheapest accommodation on the block.
For families looking to keep costs down the Billund-BnB ApS is just four miles away from the entrance to the park and offers double rooms with a shared bathroom for £108 per night.
Just three miles away from the centre of town, visitors will find the Øst Trøgelborg Farm Holiday site, which comes complete with horses, llamas and ostriches, barbeque facilities, a campfire and a trampoline and a teepee. A great choice for families with children, family studios that sleep four start from around £173 per night, with smaller double rooms available for as little as £110 per night.
If you want to explore more of the country while you are there, Flixbus offers inexpensive coach travel to Copenhagen for around £28 one way, and Denmark has a super reliable rail network with tickets available to book through thetrainline.com.
