Ryanair flights for just €22 on sale as part of August bank holiday deals

Ryanair has launched its ‘Bonanza Bank Holiday’ sale, offering fares for as little as €21.99. The sale includes reduced prices on 160,000 seats on over 725 routes.

Customers hoping to nab the deal will have to act fast, as it runs from today until midnight on Monday, August 1.

Hotspots including Naples, Porto and Split are among the destinations included in the offer, which is valid for flights in September and October.

Ryanair’s director of marketing Dara Brady has pitched this latest offer as a way to “extend” the summer for holiday goers.

“This limited time sale is the perfect opportunity to extend your summer into September/October and give your family and friends a final summer holiday to look forward to,” said Dara Brady, director of marketing at the airline.

“What better way to kickstart your bank holiday weekend than booking a trip to one of Ryanair’s exciting destinations,” he said.

The offer comes as the Irish airline continues to try and make up for some of the losses incurred during the Covid pandemic.

The airline is also among those that have hit headlines in recent months due to delays and cancellations.

Dublin Airport in particular has seen significant delays this year as passenger numbers have slowly returned to pre-pandemic levels while staff numbers have not.
