Ryanair has announced a new flight route to launch from Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The budget airline told the ECHO a new route from Liverpool to Rome will operate twice a week, from April. It will also launch the same service from East Midlands.
And to celebrate, Ryanair has launched a limited time sale for early bird customers looking to get a bargain flight for Summer 2023. Fares are now available from £29.99.

The new route comes after Ryanair last month announced it would commence flights to Ibiza, Madrid and Shannon in Ireland in March. Flights to Ibiza will operate once a week, while there will be three flights a week to Madrid and two to Shannon.
Flights to Ibiza will begin on March 28, the Madrid service will start on March 29, while Shannon flights will commence on March 26.
This was announced after Ryanair flights from Liverpool to Ibiza were scrapped for the 2022 summer season, due to a shortage of available slots at Ibiza Airport. Additionally, Ryanair's Liverpool to Madrid flights replace easyJet's route between the two cities, which came to an end in November.
