Ryanair announce dream route from Dublin Airport for Manchester United fans

Ryanair has added a new route that will operate from Dublin Airport starting in the coming weeks.

Starting in March, 2022, Ryanair will fly from Dublin Airport to the Portuguese island of Madeira with prices starting at €29.99.

If you book before January 31, 2022, a zero flight change fee will apply to your booking.

Madeira is, of course, the birthplace of Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo, as well as two Primera Liga teams in C.S. Maritimo and C.D. Nacional.

And even if you're not a Man United fan, Madeira has plenty to offer. The island's stunning landscape includes rolling hills, vibrant greenery and gorgeous beaches.

As with all routes, passengers will need to have proof of vaccination or recovery from Covid-19.

Ryanair boss, Michael O'Leary has previously stated that Governments should introduce a blanket ban on unvaccinated people being allowed to travel abroad.

He told the Telegraph : “I don’t think that Governments should permit those people who are not vaccinated to go and infect everybody else.

“You can sit at home and get your deliveries of medicines and food. But you should not go to work or go on public transport unless you have a vaccine certificate.

“We recognise the rights of everybody to decide not to get vaccinated if you so want.
