The Great British Bake Off and Ryan Reynolds fans are wondering if they are in the "multiverse of madness" after the Hollywood actor posed alongside Channel 4 favourites Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith, leaving many wondering if he'll feature in the new series.
The Wrexham FC owner could be seen with his arms around the much-loved Bake Off judges as the trio posed outside the famous tent, which is the home to GBBO contestants every year.
In the snap, which was shared on his Instagram grid, Ryan looked casual in a yellow shirt and jeans as he stood in the middle of Prue and Paul who beamed while pointing at the actor. Behind them, the tent was adorned with union jack flags with blue skies overhead.

Sharing the snap on his platform, Ryan wrote: "A full and unconditional hug of pure serotonin." Ryan's post was quickly flooded with comments from excited fans as one wrote: "I swear to god if you are on one of the special edition episodes I will lose my mind."
As a second joked: "Hollywood meets Hollywood," and a third commented: "If happiness was a picture."
"Name a better trio!!!???" said a fourth, while another comment read: "Multiverse of madness."
While Ryan didn't reveal why he was with the Bake Off judges, it's no secret that the actor and his wife Blake Lively love the show. In 2019 the star told People at the premiere of his movie 6 Underground: "We live in a world that’s pretty divisive right now and there’s a lot going on. And I like that show just because it’s a nice thing to watch at night.
He added: "Everybody on the show is nice to each other, which I find refreshing. It’s not really about anything that’s going to remind you of chaos."
Judge Paul also shared a snap of his own on Instagram and told followers: "Prue and I catching up with @vancityreynolds," before labelling the actor a legend. For more showbiz and television stories get our newsletter here.
