Ryan Reynolds checked in on the title-celebrating Wrexham stars to see if they're "still alive" in Las Vegas - and joked they'll be going on a meditation holiday next year.
Wrexham racked up 111 points to seal automatic promotion back to the Football League for the first time since 2008, pipping second-placed Notts County by just four points. Following a trophy parade on Tuesday, the players jetted off to the US for a luxury break arranged by co-owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney.
After spending day one of the four-day trip visiting the Hakkasan Night Club, Vegas' BrewDog bar and partying with DJ James Hype, they also spent time relaxing poolside at the MGM Grand and going clubbing on the Vegas strip.
And after such lavish celebrations, Hollywood A-lister Reynolds checked in with striker Ollie Palmer to see if they are "still alive". In a snap shared by Palmer's WXM Clothing brand on Instagram of him and Reynolds on a video call, the caption jokes: "@vancityreynolds checking in this morning to see if his boys are still alive."
Reynolds also joked that they would not enjoy a similar party next summer, writing on his Instagram story: "Next year, they're going on a five day meditation retreat in the Faroe Islands."
After touching down at the Harry Reid International Airport on Thursday evening, the Hakkasan Night Club in Vegas was not only decked out in Welsh flags, but welcomed the players with a message on its big screen that read: 'HAKKASAN WELCOMES THE CHAMPIONS'.
There were also glamorous girls who spelled out the club's name with balloons while Welsh flags were also waved. DJ James Hype played the tunes while they were treated to champagne as the likes of captain Ben Tozer partied on the dancefloor.
It comes after top scorer Paul Mullin joked he "might be dead" by the end of the trip. In an interview with GQ, Mullin said: "It became a thing where if we won the league, we'd get a holiday.
"So we're off to Vegas. Ryan and Rob told us to leave our cards at home, they're sorting the lot. They sent us a full itinerary just now.
"Part of me doesn't want to go, I might be dead by the end of it. But I'd never go to Vegas by me own accord, so I'm buzzing for it."
Ahead of next season, Wrexham are due to return to the US for a series of high-profile friendly matches against the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea.
