Ryan Reynolds has taken a playful dig at some of the classic Disney films after it was confirmed that Deadpool was to be given a rating of R (Restricted viewing) on Disney+.
Disney bosses revealed on Thursday that the R-rated Marvel movies Deadpool, Deadpool 2 and Logan will soon be available to stream on the service
Never one to miss an opportunity for a bit of mischief, Reynolds took to Twitter to argue that a few other famous films deserved the adults-only rating.

"We're supposed to announce Logan and Deadpool will soon be the first R-rated movies on Disney+. But we all know some Disney movies should already be rated R for irreversible trauma," Reynolds tweeted.
Attached were four mock R-rating slides claiming that Snow White, The Lion King, Bambi and OId Yeller, which the Canadian argued needed re-evaluation.
And when you break it down, his logic is fairly sound!
Snow White contains "Breaking and entering, borderline polyandry, [and] pretty sure those diamonds aren't cruelty-free.". and that "Under 17 requires one parent or seven adult guardians."
Old Yeller, which Reynolds noted made him cry, contains "straight-up murder of Old Yeller. Also, bear abuse. Under 17 requires parent or a “good boy” who’s very much alive."
Meanwhile, all-time classic The Lion King has "Fratricide, mauling, very possibly half-sibling lovin', or at least kissing cousins. Seriously Under 17 requires parent, warthog, and meerkat.".
And to round it off, Bambi, which breaks down into: "Cold-blooded killing of an innocent deer mom, that will cause lifelong trauma, Under 17 requires parent or emotional support blanket.""
Deadpool, Deadpool 2, and Logan will all be available to stream on Disney+ starting today
It's not the only major thing we'll see Reynolds feature in on the service this summer - with a new documentary tracking his takeover of Wrexham AFC.
The series, titled 'Welcome to Wrexham', will be available to watch from Thursday, August 25.
It will chart the experiences of Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, the A-list pair who completed a deal to buy the Welsh club back in February 2021.
