Kenny Miller wonders whether or not Rangers exit speculation is playing a part in a slow start to the season for Ryan Kent.
The winger is in the final year of his Ibrox deal and was once again linked with Leeds United at the end of the transfer window. He's watched Joe Aribo and Calvin Bassey clinch big moves away from Rangers this season and former striker Miller wonders if this is impacting him. He failed to impress in the club's 4-0 loss to Celtic on Saturday and has zero goals with three assists from seven games this term.
He told Sportsound: "I just wonder. There's a year left on his deal and was a bit of speculation surrounding him. Calvin Bassey has gone to Ajax and Joe Aribo is at Southampton. I wonder if he felt it was his time to have a wee nibble and get something back down in the Premier League.

"Ryan Kent's ability is never in doubt but what we are not seeing is a consistency in performance. Ryan's goals need to be up.
"It's something that has been thrown at him a lot. I just wonder where his head is at. The transfer deadline is passed.
"Maybe he thought he would have moved on and maybe that's playing a part in it as well as he didn't look as positive as what he could have been in the game."
