Ryan Jack says he's feeling fit and ready to contribute in Rangers' mammoth pre-World Cup run - but he'll do so without certainty over his long-term future.
The experienced midfielder will be hoping to line up for Giovanni van Bronckhorst's side today when Rangers travel to Hearts, looking to go top of the Premiership. He's just off the back of Scotland duty after overcoming some injury problems picked up at the end of last season and is feeling good about his fitness.
A 2023 expiry date is on Jack's deal at the end of this season and he says that no extension talks have kicked off, but that isn't on his mind. He said: "Nothing has been spoken about to myself of my agent. Right now it’s just about focusing on getting a good run in the team, putting a good run together and consistently playing well.

"Whatever happens on the back of that will happen. I feel good. I picked up and injury in cup final and that put me out of the Scotland summer camp.
"Then pre-season was a bit slower for me but I feel I’m up and running now and hopefully I can start showing that with performances.
"If we want to be where we want to be come the end of the season we are going to have to improve and keep improving."
