Ryan Jack has been hailed for his 'engine' after his pre-Rangers return graft.
The Light Blues are back in pre-season training with the midfielder ready to join his team-mates back at Auchenhowie after an extended break due to being on Scotland duty until the middle of June. But rather than rest up the midfielder spent two weeks in Dubai working alongside Elite Sports Performance in order to return in the best shape possible.
Many professional sport stars use the service in order to get themselves up and running for the hard work back at their clubs with Rangers skipper James Tavernier another regular, who was labelled a 'goal machine' in an appreciation post last month by the trainers. This time around it is high praise for midfielder Jack. Chris Bowman posted: "Another fantastic two week training block comes to a close to @rangersfc and @scotlandnational team midfielder @ryanjack_8.

"What an engine and what a man. See you back here in the winter break mate!"
Jack shared the post to his Instagram stories writing: "Huge thanks to these two lads looking after my in Dubai the last two weeks getting me ready for pre season!
"Top training but most of all top people. Until next time."
Jack will report back for Rangers duty and meet his new-team mates including Jack Butland and Sam Lammers as preparations for the Scottish Premiership opener against Kilmarnock kick into gear.
Michael Beale and Co also have the small matter of Champions League qualifiers on the horizon with two rounds needing negotiated to join Celtic and Brendan Rodgers at Europe's top table.
