Ryan Garcia took to social media on Sunday with some eye-opening claims about his camp following his loss in the ring against Gervonta Davis.
Garcia, who was defeated via TKO after Davis connected on a crippling shot to the liver, claimed Sunday that he had a “mole” in his camp.
In a since-deleted story posted to his Instagram page, Garcia alleged there was some foul play going on within his camp.
“Actually sad I had a mole in my camp,” wrote Garcia on Sunday, alongside a rat emoji. “Like wtf thats crazy but thank God it’s brought to light now.”

While Garcia stopped short of dropping any names, he did indicate that his camp had solved the problem internally.
Garcia later attempted to clear the air with a separate Instagram story, also on Sunday night, in which he addressed his deleted post.
“Also Didn’t mean for that to come off as an excuse or anything. I lost period. I’ll come back but I’m just shocked that part of my team crossed me someone close to me. Unbelievable. But it’s a testimony that you must be aware of anyone,” wrote Garcia.
The 24-year-old didn’t get into detail over the situation within his camp, but he made sure that his fans didn’t view his social media post as some sort of excuse.
Garcia was defeated in the seventh round on Saturday after he was unable to get back to his feet following the stunningly fast and accurate shot to the midsection from Davis.
