Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson supposedly only sleeps around five hours per night. While it’s probably not a great idea in the long run, it does give him extra time to do enjoy the things he loves – namely faith, football, family and posting workout videos on social media – because if you don’t share it how would anyone know?

One could see how this exercise would help with ball security. Fumbles were an issue early in Wilson’s career – he has 87 total but only 13 over the last two seasons.
