Russell Martin says Swansea City's memorable derby triumph over Cardiff City proved to be yet another feather in the cap for the club's academy.
Joel Piroe rifled home his 15th goal of the season early on to give the Swans a dream start against the Bluebirds at Cardiff City Stadium.
And efforts from homegrown stars Liam Cullen and Ben Cabango earned the visitors a second successive league double over Cardiff - who saw Jaden Philogene and Sory Kaba both find the back of the net in what was ultimately a crippling defeat.
Having bagged his eighth goal of the campaign just after the half hour mark in the Welsh capital, Cullen boldly ran towards the home supporters before patting and kissing the Swansea badge on his jersey.
And following his dramatic injury-time winner, Cabango raced towards the 2,190-strong contingent of Swansea supporters in the away end before collapsing to the ground in disbelief as the scale of his strike started to sink in.
"To watch how some of the young lads have grown. Also, the celebrations, no-one being too cool to celebrate, being themselves, authentic all the time, properly giving it some, I love that," said Martin.
"What a brilliant story for us as a club and for them as players. The academy is going to be so important, I tell you all the time, it's why we spend so much time with those guys."
Swansea players, substitutes and coaches all celebrated in unison in front of the way end in the aftermath of what was their fourth successive win against Cardiff.
And Martin has opened up on the post-match dressing room celebrations of his players at the home of the Bluebirds.
"It was messy, it was wet," Martin said. "People dancing, and yeah, just a brilliant moment to share with a group of men that are fantastic players and human beings.
"A lot of them so young, and to have this moment so early on in your career is brilliant.
"I love them, I mean that. I love them as a group of players, I love the staff we work with, I love working at this football club.
"We'll do what we're trying to do and build and be what we want to try and be for the whole time that we're here. It's always been a long-term plan."
Swansea return to action against Coventry City on Friday afternoon. Kick-off is at 3pm.
