Russell Martin refused to be drawn on speculation regarding Swansea City's interest in Domingos Quina.
The Swans targeted the Watford man in the summer and are keen to further bolster their attacking options this month having already recruited Hannes Wolf on loan from Borussia Mönchengladbach.
But the Swansea head coach stated the club had several targets in mind when pressed on links to Quina - who is currently on loan at Fulham.
"I think there's loads of players on our radar. He’s a good player but he’s not our player," said Martin.
"We’ve already been linked with lots of people, some that we’ve not even discussed in the building, some that we have.
"That will continue between now and Monday. All that matters is the people that are in here by 11pm on Monday."
And on further transfer business, the head coach said: "I’m sure there’ll be interest in some of our players and players who haven’t played as much football as they’d have liked.
"I think there's a couple of key positions we need to add strength and depth in. That hasn’t changed. We're creating a really good amount of chances in most games and having a lot of the ball, spending a lot of time in the opposition third, but we need to make more of it, there's no doubt about it.
"We have a clear idea of what we want to do and how we want to do it. There is some finance available but there might have to be more freed up for us to go and do what we really want to do."

Meanwhile, Martin has left the door open for Jay Fulton to become a more prominent figure in the second half of the campaign.
The Scot missed the early stages of the season due to suspension while his progress was also hampered due to a bout of Covid-19.
He was informed that he could leave the club this month in a bid to find regular game-time elsewhere.
Fulton has already rejected offers to leave - with Blackpool and Barnsley understood to be the two clubs to have shown an interest in the 27-year-old.
"I’ve got so much respect for Jay. Even when he’s not been involved much, he’s handled it so well," said the Swans boss.
"I think people have tried to build a personal agenda, it’s not like that. It’s been our strongest department and he’s really unfortunate to have a lack of opportunities.
"He’s been really good when he’s got on the pitch. There’s never been a problem. This is football, this is life.
"We’ve had loads of chats about it. He’s never been in a rush to leave the football club.
"I’m sure he’ll have more opportunities on the pitch if he’s still here. He’s an excellent professional and an excellent trainer.
"He’s turned down opportunities to leave. I think that shows what he’s about. He’s a great pro and a great person.
"With the depth of the squad and the amount of games we have, he’ll have more opportunities if he’s still here."
The January transfer window shuts at 11pm on Monday, January 31.
