Saturday night meant one thing on RTÉ - the ever-brilliant Tommy Tiernan Show.
The chat show has been a ratings hit for the state broadcaster ever since it first aired, with the selling point of the Navan comedian being completely unaware of his guests until they are introduced to him.
And this weekend was no different, with Tommy's chats being well-received by fans of the show.
Here's what we learned
Mike Murphy
The show got off to a fascinating start, with Tommy being joined by legendary ex-RTÉ broadcaster Mike Murphy.
Murphy, the genius behind such shows as The Live Mike and the original host of Winning Streak, opened up to Tommy on his long career, as well as how he had a strained personal life.
But most viewers were delighted with hearing an all-time classic tale from Mike, involving a coffin of all things.
One user tweeted: "Haven't laughed so much in weeks. Mike Murphy is such a brilliant raconteur.. Great stuff Tommy", with a second adding: "Always loved Mike Murphy . Great childhood memories of The Live Mike."
A third person wrote: "Never seen Tommy laugh like that on the show. Mike Murphy the king of messers, what a story that was
"Mike Murphy has truly lived. So at ease and so easy to listen to. Old school but with an edge. Great storyteller. Legend" a fourth added.
Vogue Williams and Joanne McNally
Following up on Mike were the bubbly duo of award-winning comedian Joanne, who is in the middle of a 100-date sell-out tour, and award-winning model and influencer Vogue, who is in the middle of pregnancy!
The pair host the hit podcast My Therapist Ghosted Me, with Joanne staying with both her and husband Spencer at times.
This has caused some, er, situations to unfold, as the girls explained to Tommy.
Professor Kevin Whelan
Tommy is often at his best when his guests are just every day people - this point was once again proven on Saturday when history professor Kevin Whelan closed the show.
Professor Whelan gave Tommy a short but fascinating lesson on The Famine.
One person tweeted: "Never heard of Professor Kevin Whelan before but his knowledge of Irish history is fascinating.Sometimes, the relatively unknown guests are the most interesting..
A second added: "The fun of the #TommyTiernanShow is having real people on it. This famine professor is an example of someone who really makes Tommy think about his questions. There’s no craic in getting celebs on it."
