Sinead Kennedy has said she panics about her carbon footprint when visiting naval officer husband in Brussels.
The RTE star has moved to Belgium with the couple’s little girl for the summer after wrapping up the Today Show.
But for months she’d been clocking up air miles every weekend to see her partner Conor Kirwan for the sake of their two-year old, Indie.

The Cork native, 39, told the Irish Sunday Mirror: “Of course the carbon footprint is a concern, it’s not sustainable, for me as a human being or for the environment.
"But I’m more worried about keeping my child and my husband together and seeing each other for right now. Oh it’s hard work when he’s gone.
“Thank God for the grannies, I’d be lost without my mum, it’s just the way it is for now.”
