Star architect Dermot Bannon returned to our screens on Sunday night with a new RTE One series of Room To Improve.
This week the episode was centred around a young couple, Conor Dunne and Amy O’Sullivan, who wanted to renovated an 100-year-old derelict Irish farmhouse in Tullamore, Co Offaly. The property belonged to Conor's late grandmother and was gifted to them by his parents.
Conor and Amy had set aside a strict budget of €325,000 for the renovations and much to viewer's surprise, Dermot didn't go over budget.
