RTE Prime Time viewers have praised Sarah McInerney for 'tearing into' Minister for Agriculture, Charlie McConalogue.

Tonight's show looked at the effect the Russian invasion of Ukraine would have here, particularly the economic repercussions.

The Minister for Agriculture was on to chat about inflation and if Ireland is ready for a war economy.

Viewers were impressed with the top RTE presenter's questions, with many saying that the Minister began to fold under the pressure.
