RTE Late Late Show viewers have taken to Twitter to applaud "national treasure" Brenda Fricker after her hilarious appearance. on the long-running chat show last night.
The Oscar winner's honesty when it came to discussing her agoraphobia, rescue dog and reluctance to receive praise as an Irish woman.
Some viewers said they would queue for 20 hours to have a pint with the Dublin woman, with others blown away by her witty comebacks.
