RTE First Dates viewers were praising ‘the sweetest’ date of the series after tonight’s show.
Ciara from Mayo is a 25-year-old English student and was coupled up with 28-year-old journalism student Orla.
The pair hit it off immediately and had people praying they’d agree to see each other again.
After spending the date laughing and swapping stories, they quickly became the favourite couple of tonight’s episode.
The pair were then asked after their date if they had any intentions of meeting up after tonight, to which they both agreed - sending fans reeling.
One person wrote: “Those girls would give you faith in love ay, sweetest couple so far.”
A second person added: “I love these two girls, they are so authentic and lovely,” followed by a comment saying: “Yeeeeees! Now to go pick out my wedding hat!”
A fourth person said “Ah lads, I'm not able for the cuteness of the two girls on First Dates," while another wrote: “Don't know either of them but I have never shipped a couple more than those 2 girls on First Dates.”
A final viewer chimed in saying: “Anyone else just feel good watching these two? Good vibes!”
At the end of the show, viewers were devastated to find out the “study and work has hampered plans” for the pair meeting up since the show.
The end reel then said: “But Ciara and Orla are keeping in touch via Facetime.”
In response to this one viewer wrote: “Well..devastated about this. Lads I still have faith it’ll work.”
