The Kerala High Court on Friday adjourned to April 4 the hearing on a writ petition seeking a probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) into the murder of A. Sanjith, a Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) worker from Palakkad.
In her petition, S. Arshika, wife of the slain RSS worker, submitted that the perpetrators of the gruesome murder of her husband were still at large. The investigation was in a limbo despite proof for the alleged involvement of the activists of the Social Democratic Party of India and the Popular Front of India in the murder surfaced.
