Royal spotters think Prince Harry STOPPED singing anthem as King Charles walked past

Prince Harry's behaviour during King Charles III's Coronation has sparked speculation among eagle-eyed royal fans.

As the Coronation procession left Westminster Abbey, some think TV footage appeared to show Prince Harry breaking off from the National Anthem.

Social media users speculated that Prince Harry appeared to pause from singing God Save the King as his father passed him during the Coronation procession.

Someone said: "Harry not singing National Anthem as King Processes Out," and another added: "As the King left the cathedral I noticed that Harry was not singing to the National Anthem."

Some viewers claimed to have spotted Prince Harry stop singing "God Save the King" as his father walked by.

Others questioned why Prince Harry was even present at the ceremony if he was not going to pledge allegiance to the King or sing the national anthem, with one saying: "Harry neither pledged allegiance to the King nor sang the national anthem - so what was his point of being there?"

Returning to the royal family after a series of controversial interviews and the release of his tell-all memoir, Spare, Prince Harry appeared to be confident at times, but to be having a difficult day at others.

The Prince was also seen twisting and bending his body as he entered the Abbey, which suggested he was out of step with the others around him.

He was without his wife, Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, and his relationship with his father and brother remained strained.

Although Prince Harry initially walked into the ceremony by himself, he eventually stepped in line and started smiling broadly, suggesting that he was becoming more comfortable.

However, his nervous walk into the ceremony was seen as a sign that he was on his own and with his own thoughts.

While in Westminster Abbey, and as William and Kate proceeded to their seats, Harry caught sight of his brother and, according to body language expert Judi James, he performed an "ignore" gesture.

Ms James told The Mirror: "Harry performed what looked like an oddly-times act of ignore or attention diversion as his father, brother and sister-in-law walked in a procession in front of him.

"Harry had been chatting animatedly to Edoardo, jerking a thumb over his shoulder at one point, sharing a giggling laugh that seemed to involve his tongue placed between his teeth, and then doing a mutual, mirrored eye gaze with a matching lip clamp smile to Edo that seemed to signal mutual sympathy or empathy.

"Harry was looking up as Charles, William and Kate arrived to walk past but after looking at his father, Harry turned his head to speak to Eduardo again in a very odd way at a crucial point in the ceremony when all eyes and attention were on Charles and William's arrival."
