A huge team-on-team brawl broke out after a high tackle in a rugby league match between The Royal Navy and Her Majesty's Prison Service (HMP).
The Royal Navy were 24-8 up with just a few minutes to go on the clock when one of their players was on the receiving end of a clear high tackle.
Footage shows the tackler then lying on top of the Navy attacker, provoking a reaction from other Navy players. One player flies into the HMP defender, which is when the mass confrontation erupts.
A big huddle of players from both teams exchange punches and grab each other by the shirt. One player gets caught up in the violence and falls to the floor as others walk over him. The clash then breaks into separate groups as the aggression continues.
The drama dissipates slightly as the referee attempts to maintain order. There are two players who almost kick it off again, but members of both teams do well to break up the fighting.
After dominating in a hugely physical game, the Navy secured a 24-8 victory.
HMP said on Instagram after the match: "Both teams produced some great rugby and a huge physical battle! See you next year!"
