Sunday afternoon rowing has returned to the union canal, with row boats now available for hire.
The Edinburgh Union Canal Society will have their boats available every Sunday costing just £10 for a 50 minute session. Up to five people can hop on board, and the person who hires it must be 18 years or older.
The rowing afternoons launched on April 23, and will continue throughout the summer months.

“Two fully refurbished traditional rowing boats are available for hire every Sunday at 2pm, 3pm and 4pm. The boats are available on a first-come, first-served basis on the day.
“Currently there is no advanced online booking. Book on the day, for slots later that afternoon.
“Each session lasts 50 minutes and costs £10. The maximum is five people per boat, please note that the person who hires the boat must be aged 18 or over.
“We’ll be based on the canal towpath, opposite the Ashley Terrace Boathouse.”
