Rotherham United boss Matt Taylor has believes Conor Coventry has a 'great chance' of playing at the next level following his loan spell in the Championship.
The West Ham United midfielder is spending the second half of the Premier League season with The Millers after spending the first half of the campaign in east London.
The 22-year-old made seven appearance under David Moyes before the decision was made to send him out on loan to continue his development.

Midweek against Reading FC saw Coventry pick up his first assist for Rotherham in a 2-1 losing effort. But speaking afterwards, Taylor praised the Ireland under-21 international for how he is dealing with the demands of Championship football and tipped him to be in a better position to make the jump to the Premier League at the end of the season.
"Whatever happens in the next few months will put him in a better position to go on and play Premier League football, which he has a great chance of doing. He's going to learn a lot about himself," Taylor said via the Yorkshire Post.
"He probably had Championship football slightly too soon at the start of last season at Peterborough. He got great exposure at League One level with MK Dons in the second half of the campaign. Now he's better equipped to deal with the demands of Championship football."
Coventry has made three appearances since his deadline day switch from West Ham to Rotherham and has played 90 minutes in each of them, becoming one of Taylor's most trusted players immediately.
And despite being young, Taylor believes he has 'good experience' and admitted he can depend on the midfielder as they attempt to avoid relegation to League One.
"There are some players who cause you sleepless nights as a manager in terms of not quite knowing what you're going to get out of them. Conor seems someone I can really depend on and trust.
"Despite his young age, he has a good pedigree and good experience. His mind seems to be his biggest asset, along with being a good footballer. He's got a hell of a chance.
"It's a good challenge for him. He's got big shoes to fill because Dan was our captain and somebody who had performed so well for us, hence the fee and his move to Middlesbrough who are challenging at the top end of the table. Conor seems to have a mature head on young shoulders."
