Rory McIlroy has thanked JP McManus and his wife Noreen for an "incredible" week at the couple's Adare Manor.
The luxurious resort hosted JP's Pro-Am last week, with 11 of the top 12 players in the world joined by a star-studded list of celebrities.
McIlroy remained on Irish soil to prepare for this week's Open Championship and played a round of golf with Tiger Woods in Ballybunion last Thursday.

Thanking JP and Noreen, who are long-time friends of Woods, McIlroy wrote on Instagram: "Incredible week at @theadaremanor! Photos don’t do it justice. Thank you to JP, Noreen and the entire staff for the world class service. Already looking forward to our next visit."
It emerged last week that €600,000 in pre-paid credit cards was gifted to the wives and girlfriends (WAGS) of golfers participating in the JP McManus Charity Pro-Am and generated profit nuggets for local businesses.
Billionaire McManus dispatched 60 cards worth €10,000 each to the golf WAGS to help boost cash reserves in the tourist village.
20% of all purchases on the card system will go directly to midwest charities supported by the JP McManus Foundation.
Meanwhile, 15-time major winner Woods spoke in glowing terms of McManus ahead of last week's event.
He beamed: "It's one of the few dates that we have to get together like this. We don't get a chance to see some of our brethren over here on the European Tour.
"They do come over to play in the majors but this is a totally relaxed atmosphere. It's all about about charity, having fun, and doing something for the local communities.
"What JP has done over the years has been truly remarkable. We're here to support him."
