Rory McIlroy is one of several top PGA Tour stars set to meet with Tiger Woods to discuss the ongoing threat presented by the LIV Golf series.
It is understood that Woods will hold a meeting with the world's top players, including McIlroy, ahead of the BMW Championship, which starts on Thursday in Wilmington, Delaware.
An unnamed PGA Tour player told ESPN: "It's a meeting to get the top 20 players in the world on the same page on how we can continue to make the PGA Tour the best product in professional golf."

A number of the sport's stars have joined the Saudi-funded LIV circuit, led by CEO Greg Norman, in recent months.
Woods reportedly declined an offer of more than $700m to join LIV and publicly backed the PGA Tour earlier this summer, reports the Irish Mirror.
He said ahead of the Open Championship: "I disagree with (players jumping to LIV). I think that what they've done is they've turned their back on what has allowed them to get to this position.
"Some of these players may not ever get a chance to play in major championships. That is a possibility. We don't know that for sure yet. It's up to all the major championship bodies to make that determination.
"But that is a possibility that some players will never, ever get a chance to play in a major championship, never get a chance to experience (the Open Championship), walkdown the fairways at Augusta National. That, to me, I just don't understand it."
McIlroy has also criticised players for switching to LIV.
He previously said: "There's no room in the golf world for LIV Golf.
"I don't agree with what LIV is doing. If LIV went away tomorrow, I'd be super happy."
