Romeo and Duet viewers were left urging Oti Mabuse to head back to Strictly Come Dancing after tuning into the ITV dating show.
Oti left the BBC and now works as a judge on Dancing on Ice as well as new series Romeo and Duet.
The programme sees singletons try and win a date by serenading someone else who is stood on a balcony above them - but they can't see them.
Oti, 31, looked sensational as she hosted the second episode wearing a stunning blue dress, which showed off her slender pins.
However, less than halfway through, viewers were begging the South African star to go back to the dance floor.
Taking to Twitter, one shocked person wrote: "I can’t believe @OtiMabuse left strictly for this sh*te! Absolutely dreadful #romeoandduet."
Another person tweeted: "Oh! I was out last week &didn’t see this.I wish I was out this week too. This is utter bog wash. Please get back on the dance floor Oti where, you shine! You are better than this #romeoandduet."
Someone else posted: "Has Oti really left @bbcstrictly to host this utter codswallop??#romeoandduet," and a fourth suggested: "Petition to get Oti back on #StrictlyComeDancingor or on a dance show of some sort #romeoandduet."
Other viewers were unimpressed by the fact that the live studio audience appeared to be indicating to each contestant how good-looking the singers were.
One particularly angry viewer tweeted: "This show is an utter disgrace. The reaction from the audience get to determine whether the person has a yes or no solely dependant on looks and sod all to do with their singing ability. Please take this off. Its disgusting #romeoandduet."
They were also up in arms about one contestant named Zainab who failed to hide her disappointment after choosing a man named Rory.
As Oti asked Zainab what she thought of Rory, she literally just shook her head and clearly wasn't happy with her choice.
Taking to Twitter, one person said: "What's this girls problem? She does not look happy at all....#romeoandduet."
Another said: "Well if looks could kill.. how bloody rude was she #romeoandduet."
Romeo and Duet continues Saturday at 7pm on ITV and ITV Hub.
