The agent of Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku, Federico Pastorello, intends to discuss the future of the Belgian at the club with the new owners this summer. It comes ahead of a potentially huge transfer window, with several clubs linked with a move for Lukaku.
The 29-year-old has struggled on his return to Stamford Bridge for a club-record deal worth over £100million. Since then, the forward has only managed eight Premier League goals in 25 appearances, though he is still the top scorer this season across all competitions.
While Lukaku was left out of the starting lineup for some time, he has since made a return and found some goal scoring form again. Discussing the confidence that will give him after Leeds, Thomas Tuchel said: "It's always the right time to find rhythm. I'm happy he scored again, and he wanted to stay on the pitch to get his goal.

"I'm happy as well for Puli (Christian Pulisic) and Mason (Mount) that we were decisive with the offensive players. This is important for them because it gives them confidence."
The return to form is much-needed for the Blues, as they look to finally confirm Champions League qualification, while this weekend, they battle for the FA Cup with Liverpool in the final. However, no matter the outcome, this summer is looking to be one of change for Chelsea.
With a new ownership regime set to be implemented, Tuchel may also look to the transfer market to freshen up his squad. Heading into it, though, Lukaku's agent intends for a discussion over the future of his client amid links with a move to Inter and AC Milan.
Pastorello said, via Matt Law: "I'm not the one to discuss technical choices, but it is obvious that there was a problem. The numbers, however, must be weighed: he [Romelu Lukaku] is the best scorer of the team this season, even with a lower playing time compared to his teammates.
"The situation must be carefully evaluated. Now there's a Champions League spot to secure and the FA Cup final: Romelu is totally focused on that, we have not talked about anything else.
"It's nonsense to speculate on negotiations: Chelsea have just defined the takeover of the club, we still don't know our new interlocutors, let alone if we can hypothesise talks with Inter, AC Milan or whatever. We have to be patient and wait."
It remains to be seen whether the German coach can get the best out of the club-record signing. However, he may have found the solution at the right time. With doubts over his future at the club, the priority will be finishing the season on a high note.
