Chelsea are back in action on Saturday afternoon as they welcome Plymouth Argyle to Stamford Bridge in the FA Cup fourth round.
The Blues have not played since January 23 after beating Tottenham in the Premier League, with the league's mini two-week break coming to an end.
The west Londoners will be hoping to go one better in the FA Cup after losing in last season's final to Leicester City as Thomas Tuchel looks to add to his major honours list.
Chelsea go into the match against the League One club as huge favourites and are expected to make a host of changes, with a busy schedule on the horizon.
The Blues have been preparing at Cobham this week ahead of the visit of Plymouth. With this being said, football.london takes a look at what happened during Thursday's training session, as per the images released.
Youngsters involved
Two of Chelsea's brightest academy prospects - Harvey Vale and Teddy Sharman-Lowe - were involved with the first-team stars in training on Thursday.
Sharman-Lowe, the 18-year-old goalkeeper, has been involved 14 times for the Blues' under-23s so far this season, while Vale, also 18, has broken into the first team on three occasions.
The two teenagers could be seen during training posing with fellow Chelsea players, Antonio Rudiger, Kai Havertz, Jorginho, Cesar Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso.
Lukaku battle
Romelu Lukaku has been out of sorts recently at Chelsea, with some supporters questioning his place in Tuchel's starting 11.
The 28-year-old striker is goalless in his last four matches, with his last strike coming in the last round of the FA Cup, where the Blues cruised past Chesterfield 5-1.
Some have been calling for one of Havertz or Timo Werner to be given the nod against Plymouth, but Lukaku was heavily involved in training on Thursday, as can be seen below.
His aerial prowess is undoubtedly one of his strongest attributes and he can be spotted towering over Andreas Christensen, looking to chest the ball, while the defender looks to grab the Belgian and bring him back to the ground.
Kenedy in action
Chelsea man Kenedy recently returned from his loan spell at Flamengo, with Tuchel needing options at left wing-back due to the season-ending injury Ben Chilwell suffered.
The Brazilian could be in contention for a starting spot on Saturday when Plymouth come to town as Tuchel looks to integrate him back into the first-team squad as a possible Chilwell alternative.
Kenedy recently admitted that Chelsea's decision to bring him back to the Premier League surprised him.
"I was taken by surprise. I found out yesterday night around 11pm. Everything was very fast. Chelsea had a contract with Flamengo. They asked me to present myself and I’m presenting myself," he said.
"It was Flamengo that told me. I’m just fulfilling the contract."
