Hoffenheim and Borussia Monchengladbach are interested in signing Ianis Hagi on a free transfer, according to a Romanian insider.
Former national team striker Adrian Ilie has claimed the Bundesliga clubs are interested in landing Hagi from Rangers upon the expiry of his current contract.
The midfielder is set to become a free agent in the summer meaning he is free to discuss a pre-contract move away from Ibrox.
However, it's thought discussions over fresh terms in Glasgow are still ongoing with Hagi's future beyond this season currently unclear.
Former Valencia and Galatasaray striker Ilie - who was nicknamed The Cobra during his playing career - claims Hagi could move to either Hoffenheim or Borussia Monchengladbach in Germany.
"I spoke to Ianis Hagi's agent and I know there have been talks that he can continue to stay in Glasgow, but I definitely think he will leave.

"Other offers will come for him and the agent has spoken to several clubs.
"There are two teams interested in the Bundesliga, especially since he is leaving for free. It's Hoffenheim and Borussia Monchengladbach. There have already been discussions.
"He is an interesting player, he has very good quality and no money is paid for a transfer fee.
"There was also talk about Turkey and Fenerbahce at one point, but they are looking for a different level of players. Much better. They are paying a lot for that right now in Turkey."
Last week, Hagi shot down "fake news" as reports emerging from Romania suggested the player wanted to leave Rangers.
Addressing the reports on Sky Sports, after netting a last-gasp equaliser against Aberdeen, Hagi said: “I understand from my perspective because my future is up in the air with the contract coming down at the end of the season. I totally understand,"
"But what I can not accept is things that are put, words that I haven't said ever, and I just wanted to make that clear because I never said that I wanted to leave Rangers.
“You know how happy I am to be here and how much I love this football club, and I will do anything for this football club.”
