Former I'm a Celeb camp mate Roman Kemp has been praised for showing what it's really like to live with sleep apnoea.
The Capital breakfast show host was diagnosed with the sleep disorder, which requires him to use oxygen when he goes to bed, earlier this year. Roman said he plans to quit showbiz within the next five years after he received the shocking diagnosis for the disorder caused by his busy and "unhealthy" schedule.
Now his fans have showered him with praise as he took to social media wearing his Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) mask. He put a thumbs up as he captioned it: "The best thing is, it’s not that noticeable on your face…"

The 29-year-old was praised by his Instagram followers as they commented on his post. Tina said: "Good to see a young man normalising sleep apnoea."
Fiona said: "Nothing to see here! Well done for putting this out there and raising awareness!" Jojo said: "Raising awareness though @romankemp. Sleep apnoea is a serious thing."
The NHS website says sleep apnoea is when your breathing stops and starts while you sleep. Speaking to the Daily Mail about his diagnosis, Roman previously said: "I recently got diagnosed with sleep apnoea, which has been rubbish. My tiredness levels were debilitating, and they said to me it was because of my job and I said: 'this is different'.
"I was talking with people where I thought I was verging on narcolepsy because I was mid conversation and would be snoring and not realising, it was very strange. The doctors told me I must wear an oxygen mask.
"There is absolutely nothing sexy about going back to Roman Kemp's house. They are expecting candles and mood lighting but they're getting a Darth Vader impression into an oxygen tank. My love life will look like a niche Channel 5 documentary!'"
