Developer Borealys Games announced a new roguelite RPG game, Echoes of Mystralia, that will be coming to PC via Steam but does not yet have an official release date or window.

An overview of the upcoming game describes it as a roguelite action RPG that gives players the power they need. You will be able to create your own spells, refine your tactics, and carve your own path through the world.

Echoes of Mystralia

In Echoes of Mystralia, players will take control of Mazarim, who is a protector of the Cycle of Memories. They will be tasked with returning to the magical world of Mystralia to meet its inhabitants and confront the Shadows of the Past that haunt it.

Furthermore, you will be guided by the Memory of the World in your fight against the threats of Oblivion.

In Echoes of Mystralia, you will craft your own playstyle and experience a new era with the evolution of Mages of Mystralia's award-winning spellcrafting system, according to Gematsu.

In this game, you will be able to discover the intricate art of weaving memory magic and craft spells of infinite variety and powerful synergies.

You will have to hone your tactics, level up your powers, and even craft effective spells to fight against fearsome bosses and monsters.

Every step of your journey in Echoes of Mystralia will bring you that much closer to the total master of magic. You will need to be ready to fight in epic battles that will decide the fate of Mystralia's Memory.

During the world premiere trailer for the game, developer Borealys Games offered a recap of events that led to the first game, Mages of Mystralia. They showed off stunning art that featured a tiny fortress orbiting precariously around a stricken planet, said GamesRadar.

Craft Your Own Playstyle

The world of Echoes of Mystralia is colorful as it is varied and seemingly looks like a step up from 2017's already impressive visuals. The trailer also showed a glimpse of what fans could expect from the sequel's expansive elemental skill tree.

Whenever you go out into the world, each encounter with the inhabitants and every battle against the Shadows of the Past strengthens your connection with the deep roots of the spellbinding kingdom.

As you journey through the mysterious lands of the game and face its various challenges, you will collect memories that will uncover a tiny fraction of the links between your own story and the world's destiny, according to Steam.
