Roe & Co Distillery's summer garden is back with a selection of Irish restaurants taking over their summer garden for summer 2023.
There are different food themes on offer each month with June kicking off with Crudo Mediterranean food, followed by Orale’s vibrant Mexican inspired cooking in July and Hakkahan’s modern Chinese menu in August.
Dinners will take place on an outdoor patio and diners should expect bold, innovative dishes with everything from Goatsbridge trout ‘Nduja and marinated heirloom tomatoes, to handmade spicy Sichuan dumplings and zingy sea bream ceviche tostada’s.

Each pop up restaurant will create a unique four course menu that are designed to go perfectly with Roe & Co cocktails.
The Roe & Co Summer Garden is an experience that is now in its third year, having been perviously been known as D-8TE.
When dining with Crudo expect a mix of Irish and Italian food influences, with colourful Mexican inspired dishes on offer from Orale and finally a modern Chinese cuisine with the finest Irish suppliers from Hakkahan.
