Rodrigo out and Weston McKennie call - pick your Leeds United team to face Nottingham Forest

Jesse Marsch's side are back in Premier League action this weekend when they head to fellow strugglers Nottingham Forest. Both Leeds United and Forest have strengthened in January, with the Whites head coach boasting his squad is the best since he arrived at the club.

The arrivals of Georginio Rutter, Weston McKennie and Max Wober bolstered Marsch's squad in the recent window and all three could feature at the City Ground this weekend. The Whites boss will be hoping the trio add the quality needed to stave off relegation and push towards a mid-table finish.

A result at Steve Cooper's Forest would be the first step in the right direction, having not won in the Premier League since the 4-3 win over Bournemouth at Elland Road back in November. The winter break has somewhat prolonged Leeds' winless run, but pressure is still on Marsch to deliver results.

Nonetheless, he'll have to do that without this year's star man - Rodrigo - who has been ruled out for six to eight weeks after picking up a knock against Accrington Stanley in the FA Cup. The Spaniard has had an operation which has ruled him out of this weekend's game against Forest.

Long-term injury victims Stuart Dallas, Adam Forshaw and Archie Gray will all miss the game this weekend, but Crysencio Summerville is back in contention. The Dutch youth international has missed most of January having picked up a knock against Cardiff City.

Summerville was one of the bright sparks prior to the winter break for the World Cup in Qatar, but Marsch has a decision to make on whether he throws the youngster back into the deep end. Would you start him?
