Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has suggested there could be imminent movement in the transfer market.
Arsenal defender Kieran Tierney is the man on everybody's lips as he continues to be linked with a Parkhead return during the winter window.
While, Celtic may be tempted to bolster their forward line with Adam Idah struggling for form of late and Kyogo Furuhashi's future coming under the microscope.
Asked if there's any signings on the horizon, the Hoops boss said: "I don't know. I think something could happen this afternoon which sparks something to happen maybe in the next 24 hours, 48 hours. But either way, I always say as along as we come out of January in a stronger place then we will be really happy."
He added: "I think anyone will tell you that when you are in the game and when you are working at this level you can't afford to relax. You've got to really look through the squad and always want to improve and develop it. Sometimes that might be five or six players, sometimes that might be maybe one or two.
"Either way, you are looking to constantly improve and that's why want to stay the best that we can possibly be."

Ange's Spurs pushed to extra-time by non-league club in FA Cup
Celtic are currently 15 points clear at the Scottish Premiership summit and already have the Scottish League Cup trophy in the cabinet, so it's no wonder that Rodgers couldn't be more complimentary of his players.
But it's not just what they are doing on the football pitch that pleases the Northern Irishman, the way they are conducting themselves away from it is equally as impressive.
(Image: Jane Barlow - PA) "I think the honesty in the group is really special I have to say," he revealed.
"It's not just when you are winning, it's the games where you have a setback, and I think that honesty within and whenever you speak with the group or message the group, they take it on board and are ready to go again.
"So, I think as well as the talent and everything else that they have, what I see in terms of being able to play at this club and have success here, having a personality and the right mentality is absolutely critical.
"I see a lot of those traits within this group. We can play some great football, we can dig in when we have to, we are not perfect and we will lose games, but again, how it's about how you respond to that. That's what I love about this group of players.
"They are honest, they work ever so hard, they have talent, they have skill, and they have a great enthusiasm to want to learn. That's from the youngest players through to the oldest players. When you have that enthusiasm then that always will provide growth and development in your squad."
