Brendan Rodgers has confirmed Celtic hold the option to trigger a contract extension for Kasper Schmeichel.
The Danish goalkeeper was announced to have signed a one-year deal when he joined the club in the summer.

Rodgers was quizzed on the contract clause after the win over Hibs where the Celtic manager had singled out his No1 for praise.
And the Celtic boss explained the contract option can be triggered at any time.
He told BBC: "One, I could trigger it any time. Two, I wouldn't tell you, I would tell him first.
"What we have is, we have a top keeper."

Rodgers was not happy with his side's pressing as Schmeichel had to make some saves against Hibs in a man-of-the-match outing.
He said: "The win was very good on the back of a midweek game at Aberdeen. I think it was a fantastic win, some of our attacking play was excellent, we scored three goals.
"Our downside for today was our pressing, our pressing was nowhere near what I would want it to be and expect it to be.
"Sometimes that can happen when you make the changes and have the midweek game."
"Thankfully, I have a top, top international goalkeeper who when we needed him made saves.
"We could have scored more goals also. But overall, the win was very, very good."
