Sir Rod Stewart is a "happy Grandad" after he welcomed two new grandchildren within the same week.
Taking to social media, his children announced the news in an emotional Instagram post with a photo of their newborn.
His daughter, Ruby Stewart, made the special announcement that she alongside her fiancé, Jake Kalic, welcomed a baby boy into the world on May 9 revealing that his name is Otis Stewart Kalick.

And just days later on May 12, his son Liam Stewart and partner Nicole Artukovich proudly announced the birth of their own son, Louie Mark Roderick Stewart.
Having welcomed two grandchildren into the world and becoming a Grandad for the third and fourth time within just three days of each other, the Maggie May singer took to Instagram to share photos showing just how proud he is.
On his Instagram stories he wrote: "Happy Grandad" with a picture of his holding baby Louie and Otis with the Celtic-daft singer sporting a Celtic chain and Otis a green and white hat.
His daughter Ruby, mum to Otis, also uploaded to her stories with a picture of Rod lying beside the new bundle of joy alongside his wife, Penny.
The news comes as Glasgow business woman Jamie Genevieve also welcomed her first child into the world on May 9. In a social media post the make-up influencer alongside her husband Jack wrote in a post: "Our beautiful girl, Romy Jack McCann.
"You have already brought so much peace and purpose to our lives, and more love than we thought possible."
