Rod Stewart has teamed up with old pal Johnny Mac and Clyde One DJ George Bowie to create a "bangin' Hoedown House style" track.
The legendary singer and iconic DJ joined Sir Rod's long-time collaborator and tour buddy John McLaughlin for the song which is a remix of John's original hugely popular track called 'Me Oh My' from last year, which his band released along with Sir Rod.
Set to be released on Monday, George posted that it will be this year's official Cash for Kids single, adding: "If you liked Wagon Wheel you're going to love Me Oh My."

On Thursday, April 27 the public is being encouraged to Dress Like a Popstar to help raise money for disadvantaged children across the UK, with the iconic pop star doing his bit to help.
George said: "We did the track Wagon Wheel with Kevin McGuire, who works with John McLaughlin, and we were all talking about what else we are doing. I said that Rod should do a dance track - John loved it and suggested we remix a song they had done together.
"John had already written and recorded this track for his band and Rod was guest singer on it, 'Me Oh My', which I then was able to get my hands on. John sent our remix to Rod and he apparently loved it.”
John added: “Rod and I are thrilled to help this brilliant charity with George and the team. George and I are old mates so getting him to remix the song I did with Rod was a no brainer – and a great idea.
“Thanks to Rod and his team again for letting us put this new version of our song out for Cash For Kids, he and I both love what George has done with it.
“The song did really well for my band Johnny Mac and the Faithful last year so hopefully that translates over now to raising lots for the charity.”
George's remix of the single was originally set to be released in time for Christmas, George explained they had to move it back, and thought the Dress Like a Popstar date was the perfect time for it.
Having previously worked with the likes of Texas and Amy MacDonald, the GBX maestro was delighted to be able to get Rod Stewart on board, as he's one of the most famous names in the world.
George added: "John McLaughlin has been working extensively with him over the last few years, touring with him and writing tracks for him, so I knew we had a connection there as me and John go way back, and have been good pals for a long long time.
"Thankfully, John helped get him on board and we did the remix of John's original single, before sending him the track. Rod then said it reminded him of Cotton Eye Joe. He gave us the thumbs up and we thought 'Let's do this for Cash for Kids' as it felt like the right thing to do."
George added that they felt had to do a huge party anthem because Rod was such a massive pop star.
The Clyde One DJ stated: "Wagon Wheel was a party song and that was a massive hit for us, and this is another big Party Anthem.
"It's Hoedown House, and Rod's voice was perfect for it. It's raising money for Cash for Kids so everyone should go out and download it, and if you like it put it in your playlist, and if you don't like it, then download it twice and do your bit for charity!"
George added that he hopes everyone will come and support them adding: "It's Popstar Day on Thursday and we are encouraging people to dress like their favourite pop star so if you want to put on your Rod Stewart mullet wig and dance about to this wee Hoedown anthem then go for it.
"Hopefully it'll raise a lot of cash because we know that people are struggling more than ever. Families in Glasgow and the west need help and we are trying to raise funds for them and do that with a smile on our faces and a big party anthem.
"I can't thank Rod and John enough for getting involved and supporting us on this. Every single penny from the download will go to Cash for Kids and I will make sure of that personally."
The GBX CFK remix of Me Oh My by Johnny Mac and the Faithful featuring Rod Stewart will be available to download from all good streaming platforms on Monday, April 24.
