Hibs snatched three points right at the death of their Premiership opener at St Johnstone as they claimed a 1-0 victory thanks to Rocky Bushiri.
The away side came into the game off the back of a torrid Premier Sports Cup group stage that saw them eliminated from that competition with Bushiri fielded as an ineligible player. He turned into an unknowing hero here as Josh Campbell's effort inside the box came off him and into the net.

St Johnstone had rallied in the second half after their visitors dominated chances up until that point but their chances of obtaining maximum points took a dent when Murray Davidson was sent packing for a challenge on Ryan Porteous. It's a result that piles more pressure on home boss Callum Davidson after a League Cup elimination but brings a positive light to Hibs after a tough start under manager Lee Johnson.
Bushiri has had a mixed time in Edinburgh since his initial loan arrival in January but was able to find a moment of Premiership joy in Perth.

It sets up Johnson's men nicely ahead of next weekend, when they welcome Edinburgh rivals Hearts to Easter Road for a huge occasion.
There was only one shot out of 13 on target from Hibs in this one but they found the net and that's all that matters, ultimately.
