AC/DC founding brothers Malcolm and Angus Young were both born in Glasgow before emigrating to Australia in 1963.
Malcolm passed away in 2017, but he has song-writing credits on all of the tracks on AC/DC’s chart-topping 2020 album Power Up – for which the tour is named.
Angus has said that the songs were written with his brother before his death and that the album serves as a tribute.

Johnson joined the band after the death of Bon Scott, AC/DC’s original frontman who was also born in Scotland.
Back in Black, AC/DC’s seventh album and their first with Johnson on vocals, became one of the best-selling albums of all time.
The band will also complete a US tour in the spring of this year.
