Rochelle Humes has shared what she described as an 'accountability post' on social media after sharing a small struggle she is having after getting out of her usual routine.
The singer-turned-presenter has had a busy time of late with moving home, moving offices and fulfilling her work commitments while being a mum to three young children. Taking to her Instagram Story, Rochelle shared a picture of a veg-heavy soup she had made after getting home from work.
It is then that she admitted to her 2.2 million followers: "Home from a busy yet productive day at work... I love days where lots come off the list. @theherbalisthealth will be happy wih this bowl. My digestions is all over the show at the moment so we are trying to get to the bottom of it."

She then later returned to social media as she posted a picture, again to her Instagram Story, of her pilates mat and pilates ring. "Whilst me house winds down for bed I'm getting on the mat..." Rochelle typed.
"I've not been consistent for the last 6 weeks and I'm really feeling it mentally and physically. I'm going for every day this week to really get me back into my routine as you know I'm such a routine girl."
The mum-of-three went on to add: "Busy work schedules, being away and moving home and offices really had thrown me off but I'm determined to get myself back on track. So this is basically my accountability posts. I'm putting it out there so now I have to stick to it."
And she clearly enjoyed getting back into the swing of things as after her session, Rochelle posted a fresh-faced selfie as she posed in the mirror with her short black locks down and partially covered by her mint green headphones as she also appeared to be donning a grey sports bra.
"A hot a sweaty @bryonydeery 30 min 'de bloat' to round off the day nicely," former The Saturday's singer Rochelle wrote before adding: "Thanking myself already for that."
It comes after Rochelle looked as sensational as ever as she declared 'that's a wrap' after two days on set for a secret project. The This Morning star and businesswoman has kept tight-lipped on what she has been up to.
However, she did post a gorgeous selfie to Instagram to mark the end of her latest two days in front of the camera. Earlier in the day, Rochelle shared a picture of her green smoothie as she told her follower: "On my way to day 2 of shooting my next campaign, always so grateful for these days and the incredible team behind them."
She added: "So lucky to create such a nice gang that I get to do this with." The mum-of-three then shared a later update alongside the selfie, which showed her donning a white robe off the shoulder while her makeup was still in tact with her short dark locks in a tousled style.
"It's a wrap. Two days shooting winter in the blazing sunshine. Completed it mate," she typed alongside the post. And after heading back home, she shared the unusual ritual that she swears by. "Body brushing is one of my favourite rituals..." Rochelle, 33, typed to her 2.2 million followers while sharing a picture of the tool she had been using. "I bought this body brush when I was in California @gopp and it's the best one I've used," she added.
