Rochelle Humes admitted things could get 'awkward' after a music reunion was teased on Loose Women.
The singer turned presenter was back at the helm of This Morning on Monday with Phillip Schofield.
When it was time to check in to the studio next door, Loose Women's anchor for today, Ruth Langsford, teased a band would be sharing news of their reunion on the lunchtime show.
"A pop band are reuniting but who," the presenter said.

Ruth reeled mentioned each member of the panel who could potentially be heading back to the stage, with Kelly Bryan being a former member of Eternal, Coleen Nolan shooting to fame in family band The Nolans, and Frankie Bridge being part of The Saturdays.
But the announcemet made for interesting news for Rochelle, who was Frankie's bandmate in not only The Saturdays but S Club Juniors back in the day.
"Maybe Rochelle there's something your not telling us," Ruth said as she threw back to the This Morning studio.
"I was going to say this could be a bit awkward at 12.30," Rochelle replied. "Nobody's called me," she laughed.
"Well, she's saying that now Phillip," Ruth joked before he teased: "She's too busy being Mushroom in The Masked Singer."
Rochelle protested; "No I'm not," as she jokingly hit Phil with her scripts.
"I better tune in," she added. "Or check that WhatsApp group chat... I might have missed something."
Phillip laughed before they moved on with This Morning's next segment.
But if fans thought it could be The Saturday's, they were disappointed as it was revealed as boy band Union J.
Speaking to The Sun before 2021 was out, Rochelle also said she couldn't see herself being back in the girl band, which went on a hiatus back in 2014.
Asked if her husband Marvin's reunion with JLS made her want to go back on stage, Rochelle said: "Not really no. I have really moved on with my life.
"Now, I don’t think personally, I could. Marvin would kill me for saying it because he is so present, and I know how much he misses them, and how hands on he is, but just for me and my role in the house and how that looks I can’t imagine it. It’s a lot of time.
"Say I’m the boss, so I go 'next week looks like this, Alaiya has nativity, Valle has this, I can’t be in that morning it doesn’t suit me.'
"But for us, there was five of us in The Saturdays, so when there were five people who need the same day off, it doesn’t really work when you’ve got a family."
She added: "I love the girls and we would have a ball, but when I see them we have a cocktail and a catch up, it’s never with a view to do anything more.
"I am grown up enough to never say never, because you never say no.
"But at the minute, for myself and my kids who are my world, I couldn’t imagine being in Manchester one night, and then traveling somewhere different the next night."
