Rochelle Humes once performed on stage with 'leaking boobs' after returning to work just three weeks on from giving birth to her first child.
The This Morning presenter, 32, has been reflecting on her time as part of a girl group during her new chat on The Diary of a CEO with Steve Bartlett.
Shutting down any hope of a reunion with Frankie Bridge, Una Healy, Mollie King, and Vanessa White, Rochelle confessed that despite the good times and memories, the girl band chapter of her life is well and truly over.
The mum-of-three explained how she "had a ball" travelling the world as part of the British-Irish girl group, but admitted there were "massive downsides" to living life as a pop star.
"The downside is not having control over your own life - and I'm a control freak," Rochelle told Dragons' Den star Steve.
"I like to know to what I'm doing, that's me as a person."
"So there would be times were you'd feel responsible, because that was always our mantra - 'we're in this together'.
"If one of us drops off, it's lets the others down. If you weren't up to it, the pressure that you'd put on yourself to be up to it, for everyone else."
Rochelle, who shares three children with JLS singer Marvin Humes, then went on discuss how she juggled motherhood with being a pop star.
"I had Alaia-Mai and came back to work three weeks later and performed on national television, with Spanx up to my neck to try and hold in the belly.
"This is gross for you, but boobs leaking because I was trying to navigate my breastfeeding routine - all because I didn't want to let the girls down and the fact that the label were like: 'You've got another single to release'.
"It got to a point where we got a bit more adult and all just realised, 'This has been quite a lot' and were ready to wind down."
The Saturdays formed during the summer of 2007 and had Top Ten hits like Missing You and Higher, but have been on hiatus since 2014.
Speaking on The Diary of a CEO podcast, Rochelle seemingly shut down any hopes of a reunion tour in the future.
"I just cant imagine doing it, I'll be totally honest with you," the star admitted when asked when The Saturdays comeback tour could take place.
"I've been there to see Marvin on the side of the stage, doing the whole groupie wife thing, but [The Saturdays] just feels like a lovely chapter that ended for me."
Rochelle continued: "It was so lovely and I will always speak of it fondly, but it just feels like a period of my life that's done.
"It would feel like... look, I've got three kids and there's so many things that I turn down because it wouldn't work for my life and that [a tour] falls into that."
"My life has changed, I have a business - there's no way I could be on tour!"
She added: "It just wouldn't work, I don't think I'd remember the dance routines. I love it, and I feel a bit of a 'cool mum' that I had that time but it's not me now. It's just not.
Rochelle also explained the reason she never pursed a solo career after The Saturdays' hiatus was due to her belief she's not "the best singer in the world".
The This Morning presenter spoke of her other talents and her desire to pursue a TV career instead.
