Rochelle Humes has confessed to her fans and followers what her 'toxic trait' is as she spent the day with her lookalike sister. The This Morning star, who is the eldest of four half-siblings, took to her Instagram Story as she detailed why she had taken the day off work following a busy period.
Last week, Rochelle shared how she'd had a 'big day with her baby'. Away from being a TV presenter and busy mum-of-three, many fans are aware that the former The Saturdays singer is a businesswoman with her own skin and hair product brand, My Little CoCo which she launched in 2020 and promised to "develop and create multi-purpose, extra gentle products that the whole family love".
And last Thursday (June 22), Rochelle posted a photo of herself looking gorgeous while appearing to be getting ready to be questioned as she prepared to launch a new 'aloe and pear' product. But the big news is that after years of appearing on shelves in Boots, My Little CoCo is expanding into Asda stores before launching in Waitrose, John Lewis and on Ocado.

Following the big launch, Rochelle spent the weekend with her loved ones, including her husband Marvin Humes, and decided to extend her time off into Monday (June 26).
Taking to Instagram in the evening after her day extra day off, the 33-year-old posted a picture of herself posing for a mirror selfie with her sister, Lili Piper. The pair appeared to be out shopping as rails of swimsuits could just be seen behind them.
Both sisters sported crop tops and jeans for their sister day but while Rochelle donned a white cardigan over her shoulders, Lili opted for a blue, pin-stripped shirt. But they did both get the memo when it came to eyewear as they both slipped on a pair of dark shades as Rochelle took the snap.
"Took the day off today to spend with my sis just 'because'. Work has been brilliant but intense. I'm always so grateful but needed a little switch off," Rochelle typed alongside the snap. She then confessed: "I never do this... My toxic trait is feeling guilty for not working..."
She then continued to post snippets of their sister day out which included a couple of cheeky drinks and a delicious-looking lunch. Posting a picture of her sister looking glam from across the table, Rochelle wrote: "She's just everything... @lili.piper. So lucky."
It comes after Rochelle shared what she described as an 'accountability post' on social media after sharing a small struggle she is having after getting out of her usual routine.
The former The Saturday's star has had a busy time of late with moving home, moving offices and fulfilling her work commitments while being a mum to three young children. Taking to her Instagram Story, Rochelle shared a picture of a veg-heavy soup she had made after getting home from work.
It is then that she admitted to her 2.2 million followers: "Home from a busy yet productive day at work... I love days where lots come off the list. @theherbalisthealth will be happy with this bowl. My digestions is all over the show at the moment so we are trying to get to the bottom of it."
She then later returned to social media as she posted a picture, again to her Instagram Story, of her pilates mat and pilates ring. "Whilst me house winds down for bed I'm getting on the mat..." Rochelle typed.
"I've not been consistent for the last 6 weeks and I'm really feeling it mentally and physically. I'm going for every day this week to really get me back into my routine as you know I'm such a routine girl."
She went on to add: "Busy work schedules, being away and moving home and offices really had thrown me off but I'm determined to get myself back on track. So this is basically my accountability posts. I'm putting it out there so now I have to stick to it."
