Robin Koch's exciting verdict on Archie Gray which Leeds United fans will love

Robin Koch has praised Leeds United prospect Archie Gray and believes the highly-rated teenager will provide a 'lot of fun' for fans in the future. Gray has trained with the first team and opened his account for the under-23s with a sensational 35-yard strike in Tuesday night's victory over Manchester United.

The teenage midfielder is the great-nephew of club legend Eddie Gray and son of former Elland Road striker Andy Gray, and has impressed of late in a box-to-box role. Gray only turned 16 last week, but has been a regular in the under-23 setup throughout the course of the season.

Koch has praised the 16-year-old's vision and confidence in possession, and has spoken of his experience of marking the teenager in recent 'murderball' training sessions. The German international told the BBC's West Yorkshire Daily: "First of all, he's a good guy and a good person and obviously a really good player as well. I think we will have a lot of fun with him in the future.

"Especially in murderball, when you mark him man to man, you get a feeling he is really good with the ball and already at his age he has a good feeling for the open spaces.

"He's quite advanced for his age and in his vision as well. He's a really good player."
